I think it would be useful to find terms, perhaps with a query to the tea room, for these types of numbers. I myself have wanted a page to find numbers like this in the past, and I think it is useful information. In the meantime, I did what I think you are suggesting, though I put ordinal numbers in a section immediately below the cardinal numbers, as I think that makes sense to people looking for that information.
