Standard Swedish and most dialects pronounce ä as [æ] instead of [ɛ] before r and retroflex consonants (häl - [hɛ:l] but här - [hæ:r]). And /rd/ is pronounced as one sound, a retroflex [ɖ] in the same standard varieties.
