First of all, you're only gonna use an inflection-table for a language you know well. Secondly, to find such a template, I'd either guess at a name, such as typing Template:pt-decl into the search bar (pt being Portuguese) or type in Category:Portuguese templates. Trying to remember the name of this page would come a distant third; like Bequw says, it would be very difficult to maintain and it's quite empty now. '''Delete'''.
