xéireagrafaíocht: we need an appendix for Irish terms so that we could replace entries like this with {{only in}} links to it, until citations can be found

:It's used on several reputable websites, and presumably in textbooks in Ireland, but I don't have access to those. (Anyone know if [http://www.gaeilge.ie/dynamic/file/Fisic_don_Re_Nua_19_22.pdf this] has ever appeared in print?) We need an appendix for Irish terms, which {{temp|only in}} could then link to.
