: Adding that would probably be best. It's always better to at least have some kind of notification that something is wrong with an entry. Otherwise some of these problems may never be found in the vastness of Wiktionary space... 23:50, 26 May 2012 (UTC)

:: Okay. Done. If you want to mass-fix the existing Webster imports, I expect there's a way to find them. Equinox ◑ 00:03, 27 May 2012 (UTC)

I realize it was deleted but I also realize that wiktionary is not paper and that when I first began to edit here I was far less experienced and would frequently create poorly defined entries. For instance, lung sounds are not just any sounds that come from the lungs, in medicine they are part of the vital signs assessment and they are defined as a set of very specific sounds of both the lungs, bronchioles, throat, mouth, nasopharanx, larnyx, oropharanx etc most of which are not a lung, they are also the specific sounds made by pulmonary edema, and also where or not the sounds are unilateral or equal. As you can see at lung sounds I have codified this very clearly and also take note that it was not a snowball delete so for the sake of informing the curious about medical terminology would you give these terms a chance?Lucifer (talk) 00:45, 29 May 2012 (UTC)
