| | :::::: The extinct language issue is less straight-forward; I suppose, though, that it's simply a matter of creating a proposal that alters the language of the current vote to include extinct language mentions. I changed the background color to another pleasing shade - I am ignorant about the effects of color blindness, so it may also pose a problem. If you want to change the color, it's just based on logically chosen hexadecimal values. If you don't like math, you can use [http://html-color-codes.com/ this handy chart].
