[[windbreak|Windbreak]] is actually correct, but it's been taken over by the tree subsense. [[windbreaker|Windbreaker]] is usually thought of as an article of clothing around here. "Wind block" doesn't have any competing meanings that I know of, but I don't know how much it's actually used for this.
